V-Print dentbase and V-Print Try-In: 3D printing materials for the production of denture bases and try-ins
VOCO’s V-Print family is growing yet again: While V-Print dentbase is a light-curing resin for the generative production of denture bases, V-Print Try-In is optimally suited for the production of try-ins for full and partial prosthetics in CAD/CAM technology. In combination with CediTEC, VOCO offers a system that combines .
While CediTEC / DT provides the material for the prosthetic teeth as well as the luting material, the denture base is being launched on the market as dentbase, part of the V-Print range. The combination of milling and 3D printing technology not only simplifies the process but also offers the technician performing the work the option of reproducing the prosthesis at any time – and far quicker than with the classic method.
V-Print Try-In: Light-curing resin for the generative production of tryins for prosthetics
Functionality, accuracy of fit and visual aesthetics are the be-all and end-all when it comes to dentures. In order to achieve perfect results, VOCO is now offering V-Print Try-In, a 3D printing material for functional trial fitting of full and partial dentures.
This makes it possible to assess the fit, occlusion, functionality, phonation and aesthetics before production of a permanent denture, for example, and allows alterations to be made using wax or veneering material as required. V-Print Try-In can be printed in thick layers and thus ensures a swift and efficient process with accurate results. The production of transfer and grinding templates, correction impressions and occlusal impressions is also possible with V-Print Try-In.
V-Print Try-In will be available in the 1,000 g bottle as of Q2 2020.
V-Print dentbase: Light-curing resin for the generative production of denture bases for removable dentures
A perfectly fitting and aesthetically pleasing prosthesis is not only indispensable for optimal masticatory function and normal speech – it often also gives the patient a completely new quality of life.
The 3D printing material V-Print dentbase allows the production of maximally precise denture bases for removable dentures. Unlike conventional production, additive production does not involve shrinkage and patients and dentists alike benefit from an accurately fitting result. As a consequence, there are fewer pressure spots and fewer check-ups, relieving the burden on both the patient and the dentist. Furthermore, V-Print dentbase is also compatible with all conventionally available lining materials. The material’s shade helps achieve a naturally aesthetic appearance. For further optimisation, the base can also be customised and characterised with composites.
V-Print dentbase is available in the 1,000 g bottle.
