It closes with results beyond expectations the 2026 edition of Expodental Meeting, which, with steady growth over the years, affirms its role as a reference event for the Italian and international dental sector. The event experienced a growth in visitors, with over 21,000 in attendance over the three-day event and as many as 4,000 more unique visitors than in 2025. Particularly significant was the increase in international participation, with +40 percent of foreign visitors compared to the previous edition, reflecting the growing global attractiveness of the event.
Thanks to the program organized by UNIDI in collaboration with ICE Agenzia and Italian Exhibition Group, the event hosted more than 100 foreign dealers from 38 countries, fostering about 800 B2B meetings between Italian companies and international buyers and further strengthening Expodental Meeting’s role as an international dental hub and a showcase of Italian excellence around the world.
The 2026 edition welcomed 400 exhibitors from Italy and abroad, occupying 6 halls of the Rimini exhibition area and offering visitors a comprehensive overview of the latest technological, digital and clinical innovations in the dental industry. Great success also for the congressional and scientific program, which, spread over 16 rooms with more than 200 speakers and dozens of educational sessions, involved thousands of professionals over the three days. The thematic areas, live on-stage events, and corporate workshops transformed the event into a dynamic place for updating, discussion, and continuing education. The conference halls and exhibition spaces constantly animated by professionals and operators once again highlighted Expodental Meeting’s energy, capacity for innovation and strategic role as a reference point for Italian and international dentistry.
Among the many events at Expodental Meeting, the conference jointly organized by UNIDI and the National CAO had particular resonance, which addressed the topical as well as controversial issue of Artificial Intelligence in dentistry, accompanied by an important reflection on the profiles of ethics and deontology.
“Expodental Meeting 2026 concludes with results that exceed all expectations and a strong signal of confidence for the entire industry,” said Fabio Velotti, UNIDI president. “The extraordinary participation of companies, professionals, speakers and international operators confirms the value of the event as a place for the entire dental supply chain to meet, grow and develop. I thank all those who contributed to the success of this edition and make an appointment for 2027, May 13-15 in Rimini, to continue together on this path of innovation and collaboration.”
“This edition proved once again how Expodental Meeting is now a must-attend event for the national and international dental market,” commented Linda Sanin, UNIDI Director. “The growth of visitors, including from abroad, the high quality of the scientific content and the great involvement of companies confirm the event’s ability to constantly evolve, intercepting the needs of the industry and creating concrete business opportunities and professional updating.”
