Expodental Meeting 2022 will be remembered as the edition of the event that, having left behind the dark years of the pandemic, despite the very serious international moment, was able to achieve its goal of bringing itself close to the numbers of the 2019 edition, which had marked a period marked by double-digit increases.
For three days, May 19-21, Expodental Meeting brought key players in the industry back to Rimini.
In the classroom, the appointment was with all the main dental associations while in Expo 3D the spotlight was on treatments of excellence in restorative, implantology, orthodontics and live demonstrations with dentists and dental technicians, together to illustrate clinical cases with the use of software and devices (scanners, printers, milling machines…).
New this year was Tecnodental Forum, the event dedicated solely to dental technicians, number zero and a test bed for important future actions.
As a counterpoint to the scientific events, workshops organized by companies and marketing courses designed for professionals.
The event totaled about 15,000 visitors, a marked surpassing of the 2021 numbers by 67 percent. The number of foreign attendees was interesting, about 10 percent of the total, registering a plus sign even with respect to the 2019 edition and representing an interesting sign of the overall recovery of the dental industry and the interest that the Italian sector arouses.
More than 250 exhibitors were present on a total area of 20,000 square meters organized in six pavilions with an important exhibition novelty compared to the past.
To welcome visitors, in fact, after the turnstiles, the South Hall was set up thanks also to the companies, associations and prints that believed in the bet of the new plant.
A plant that welcomed visitors by immediately catapulting them into the absolutely sparkling atmosphere of this edition.
UNIDI, in collaboration with ICE, welcomed to Expodental Meeting a rich foreign delegation composed of more than 70 dealers selected by ICE Agency from 20 countries: Albania, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Egypt, Georgia, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Oman, Pakistan, Romania, Slovenia, Turkey, Hungary and Vietnam.
An important result that testifies to the joint efforts of UNIDI and ICE Agency, always at the side of Italian entrepreneurs, and Italian Exhibition Group, the trade fair SpA that hosts Expodental Meeting in its Rimini exhibition center. “We are happy,” confirms the
